This article shows a droplet-based microfluidic approach to fabricate a microcrystal assembly for senescence control (MASC). MASC shows a drastic reduction in drug release variation compared to drug crystals assembled through conventional methods. Furthermore, MASC can restore homeostasis, reduce senescence, and preserve paracrine secretion activities in stress-induced senescent mesenchymal stem cells.
